We're a small, in-house masonry company in Garfield, NJ — stone, brick, pavers, concrete, and steps for homeowners across Bergen and Passaic County. Every job is built by our own four-person crew, no subs.
Home Line Construction started in Garfield in 2010 with one truck, a borrowed mixer, and a single retaining wall job in Lodi. Fifteen years later we're still on Market Street, still family-run, and still doing the same work — just a lot more of it.
That first wall in Lodi led to a paver patio next door, then a chimney rebuild down the street. By 2013 we had a second truck and a full schedule. Most of our jobs still come the same way they did then — a neighbor sees the truck, asks for a card, and calls when they're ready.
We're a four-person crew, and the people who quote your job build it. Fewer jobs per season than a bigger outfit — but the person you meet on day one is the person finishing the last joint on day twenty.
Most of our jobs are in Garfield, Clifton, Hackensack, Lodi, and Wayne — the towns within twenty-five minutes of our yard. If we can be on site in a half-hour, we can fix something the day you call us.
No subcontractors, no rotating subs you've never met. The same hands measure, quote, prep, and lay the joint.

They tore out our cracked concrete walk and laid a herringbone paver path in three days. The crew swept the lawn before they left every night. Two winters in and not a single shifted stone.
We had three contractors quote our front steps. Home Line was the only one who actually pulled a brick out of the old stoop to check the footing. A year later the bluestone treads are dead level.
Ardian quoted our stone fireplace surround on a Tuesday and his crew was framing it that Monday. The price came in eight percent under quote because we didn't need extra footing.
