Before you reach out

Three things people ask first

Quick answers so you know what to expect. If your question isn't here, just give us a call.

How fast do you actually respond?

We aim to return every call or form submission within 24 hours, Monday through Saturday. In practice most calls during business hours (7am–6pm Mon–Sat) get a callback within 1–2 hours. Sunday submissions are answered first thing Monday.

What should I include in the form so you can quote faster?

Three things speed things up most: (1) a couple of photos of the area you're working on, attached when you reply to our first email, (2) a rough size — even a guess in feet works, and (3) what you're hoping the finished project will do (look, drainage, accessibility, etc.). Everything else we'll cover during the site visit.

Can I just stop by the yard with a question?

Yes — but a quick call first saves you a drive. The crew is usually on site by mid-morning, so the yard is busiest between 7 and 9am and again at the end of the day. We're happy to look at photos or pull out a stone sample if you give us a heads-up.
